Kessinger: Mr. Kessinger is the founding partner of Kessinger Law Firm, P.C. with over 28 years of civil litigation and appeal experience. Mr. Kessinger graduated law school in the top 2% of his class and was admitted to practice law in Missouri in 1994 and in Kansas in 1995. In 2000, Mr. Kessinger received his Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge England. In 2001, Mr. Kessinger was selected by the Missouri Bar Foundation and chosen by the Missouri Court of Appeals justices to receive The David J. Dixon Appellate Advocacy Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in appellate practice. In 2005 Mr. Kessinger received his certification for mediation training for civil cases from the University of Missouri-Columbia-School of Law. In 2007, Mr. Kessinger received his certification from the National Association of Development Companies to conduct SBA 504 Loan Closings. Mr. Kessinger is listed in the 2014 Legal Network’s Top Lawyers in Missouri. Mr. Kessinger is an Small Business Administration Designated Attorney, and his certification is renewed every two years to continue serving as an attorney for Economic Development Corporations.
